I found the hotel to be in a perfect location for us; we didn't even need to move when they offered. The rooms were nice, clean, and private, although there was an issue with water backing up in the tub/shower. The service was very welcoming and accommodating, although one particular staff member seemed a bit arrogant. The location was quiet yet close to conveniences, making it easy to access the mall and dining options. The dining experience was good, especially in the morning when it was less crowded, but some found it a bit expensive.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable and very nice experience overall. However, there was a persistent smell like a broken sewer pipe across the entire conference area, which was a bit off-putting. The service was polite and accommodating, but it seemed like there might have been some understaffing issues as certain basics like coffee and made-to-order eggs were a bit tricky that day.
